Amanda Bradley lives and works in Norfolk, VA, and is a talented artist, graphic designer, photographer, curator, and art preparator, with a background in management, freelancing, marketing, communications, and nonprofits. She earned her BFA in Photography and Print Media in 2013 at Old Dominion University.
Her design work and graphic art is featured in many local advertisements, logos, commercials, events, posters, brochures, fliers, advertisements, and digital materials for businesses, companies, and individuals including, The d'Art Center, Norfolk Tour Company, The Town of Front Royal, The American Rover, 2019 Norfolk Harborfest Poster, 2020 Public Art in The NEON District, Samaritan House, Strategic Solutions by Tricia, Champions for Children, Peninsula Catholic High School, SPI Productions, Historic St. Luke's Church, Bobby L Howlett Attorney & Counselor at Law, Earthweavers Non-Profit Annual Camping Retreat Festival, DSM Cleaning Services, and more.
Since July 2017, Amanda has been working in Norfolk's NEON District at the d'Art Center.
Amanda started as d'Art's Communications and Special Events Coordinator. She began running The Center's Galleries in 2018 as the Gallery Manager, Communications, and Marketing Coordinator, and in 2022 Amanda's title became Gallery Manager and Center Curator after a staff increase.
She is The Center's graphic artist and maintains its website. She creates the exhibition designs, schedules, and prospectuses, organizes and manages the artist calls, curates the exhibitions, and does all of the installations. She designs most of The Center's marketing materials, and re-branded The Center in 2018. She also manages and organizes multiple on-site fundraisers and special events.
The CoVa BIZ Magazine Next Gen Awards recognize some of the best and brightest young professionals in the Coastal Virginia region, selected for their demonstrated excellence not only in their professional endeavors but in their dedication to the broader community This awards program was previously known as Millennials on the Move and was rebranded in 2022 to reflect a sense of timelessness and the forward-thinking promise that each new generation brings.
She also works with Strategic Solutions by Tricia, LLC as her Senior graphic designer.
